We’ll explore the most exciting 7-kilometre paddleable stretch of the Soča River on our standard tour.We’ll hit the emerald green whitewater with raft boats for 6-8 people, where there will be no shortage of adrenaline! For the first few kilometers, we tune in to the waves and then row into wilder waters. We move along the river avoiding the huge rocks, occasionally standing up for rowing, admiring waterfalls, jumping, and sliding from the snow-white rocks. Our professional tour guides and the magical panorama are guaranteed to make your rafting tour an experience of a lifetime, whether it’s the first time or even the umpteenth.
Similar to our standard tour, we explore the treasures of nature with raft boats for 6-8 people, but during our long tour on a significantly longer section. For about 25 kilometers, we can learn the correct technique of rowing and enjoy the 360-degree panorama. We will have plenty of opportunities to stand up, jump off the snow-white rocks, slide between the waves. We also drop beautiful waterfalls and exciting roars. On this all-day tour, we will show you beautiful sections of the thousand-faced Soca river, there will be no shortage of experiences! If you would like to enjoy the flow provided by nature for a whole day, then this tour is for you!
The tour starts from our base, which is a 5-minute walk from the main square of Bovec. Parking is available for those arriving by car, and we can also provide a transfer between our base and the accommodation for residents of Bovec by prior arrangement. There is a gathering 5 minutes before the start of the tour. We put on the necessary equipment (helmet, neoprene suit, life jacket, neoprene shoes) then get into the minibuses and head towards the river.
After we get there, we start changing on the river bank. We put our dry clothes and other valuables on the bus, where they will be completely safe during the tour, as our drivers will take care of them throughout. The guids give a short safety training, and then we head for the river.
The first „warm-up” stage will be perfect for learning the rowing technique and we can enjoy the emerald-blue water and the breathtaking scenery. In the second half of the tour, Soca will show its wilder face, big rocks and splashing waves will add color to our tour. During the tour, we will hold several stops where you will have the opportunity to jump off rocks and try other extreme things. After about 1.5 hours, we arrive at the exit point, where the buses will be waiting for us. Tired after changing, but enriched with many experiences, we head back to Bovec.
